Saphir performance from a mains supply
The Heiniger Saphir corded clipper, also known as the Saphir Cord, suits groomers who work close to a power socket and prefer a cable-powered machine. It provides mains operation for regular dog grooming and animal-care work, with a three-metre lead for moving around your workstation.
This model also offers a route to cordless use later: compatible Saphir batteries and a suitable charger can be purchased separately. The package here is supplied for corded operation.

A flexible blade system
The Saphir Cord uses the A5-style blade fitting found on the cordless Saphir range. It accepts Heiniger snap-on blades and compatible alternatives from ranges including Oster A5, Andis and Wahl Competition.
